Accounts and use
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorised access. Unauthorised access, fraud, unlawful uploads and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Account measures should be proportionate and communicated unless legal or security considerations prevent this.
Content and rights
Brands, designs and content belong to their respective owners. Publication does not automatically transfer all authors’ rights to the operator. Reproduction and commercial use require appropriate rights or permission, subject to statutory exceptions.

Prices, prizes and advertised activities must be read with their specific conditions. The privacy notice explains data processing; marketing consent is separate from contractual acceptance.

General operation of the portal by VitalyV FZE is governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Specific sales and competition conditions also apply. This choice does not exclude mandatory rights or mandatory jurisdiction rules. Mandatory protections remain applicable. Updates do not retrospectively alter previously accepted versions.
