Global management is by VitalyV FZE; any responsible local entity is identified on the relevant portal. Submitted photographs and videos are used for the purposes described in the notice and permission presented when collected. Separate private application assessment, public profiles, competition promotion and commercial sponsor campaigns.
Rights and personal data
Uploaders must have necessary rights. Image-use permission and the legal basis for personal data processing must be separately defined.
Professional agreements
Sponsor advertising and professional engagements require a signed agreement identifying authorised parties, materials, channels, territories, duration and any remuneration. Uploading alone does not give every sponsor unlimited commercial exploitation rights. This page does not automatically authorise commercial sponsor uses or amend previously collected permissions.
