1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in theQueen of Queensinternational beauty casting. By submitting your application form, you fully agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age:You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
  • Gender:The contest is open to female candidates who meet the casting criteria.
  • Natural Beauty Policy:Queen of Queens celebrates authentic beauty. Candidates must NOT have undergone invasive plastic surgery procedures that significantly alter natural facial features. Minimal cosmetic enhancements are permitted, but structural changes disqualify the candidate.
  • Health:You must be in good health and able to travel internationally.

3. Image Rights and Intellectual Property

By submitting your photos (“Content”) to Queen of Queens, you grant us, our organizers, and our main sponsors (Seven DatesandConte di Borgonovo):

  • A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to view, store, and evaluate your photos for the purpose of the casting.
  • If selected as a Finalist, you agree to sign a separate Appearance Release Form granting rights to use your image for promotional materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.

You warrant that you own the copyright to the photos submitted or have the explicit permission of the photographer.

4. Code of Conduct

Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information. Submitting false data, photos of others, or heavily retouched images using AI/Filters will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.

5. Prizes and Contracts

The selection of the winner and finalists is at the sole discretion of the Jury. The prizes (including the Crown, the €5,000 contract value, and the Italian Tour) are awarded based on merit and professional potential. This is a professional casting call, not a lottery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Queen of Queens is not responsible for technical failures, lost applications, or errors in data transmission. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piacenza, Italy.
