To evaluate your candidacy for the contest, we collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identity Data:First name, last name, date of birth, gender, nationality, ethnicity.
- Contact Data:Email address, mobile phone number, city of residence, social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok).
- Physical Data:Height, bust, waist, hips, shoe size, eye color, hair color, tattoos, piercings.
- Media Data:Photographs (headshots, full body, portfolio) and verification selfies.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Casting & Selection:To evaluate your physical characteristics and photogenicity for the Queen of Queens contest.
- Communication:To contact you regarding your application status or next steps.
- Verification:To verify your identity and age (Proof of Life).
- Marketing (Optional):Only if you explicitly opted-in, to send you news about our partners.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your data is strictly confidential. However, it may be shared with:
- The Jury:Selected professionals who evaluate candidates.
- Official Sponsors:Seven Dates, Conte di Borgonovo and other sponsors or partners for promotional purposes related to the contest.
- Technical Providers:IT service providers hosting our website (e.g., cloud storage for photos) under strict confidentiality agreements.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your casting data for the duration of the selection process. If you are not selected, your sensitive data will be deleted from our active databases within 12 months, unless you request otherwise.
